Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, web application, MCP endpoints, and related services offered by Jumon Inc ("Jumon Intelligence," "Jumon," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

Jumon Intelligence lets you connect advertising platform accounts (such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics 4) and use MCP-compatible AI assistants and an optional in-app AI agent to access advertising data and tools through our gateway.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or of third-party advertising APIs.

Accounts and eligibility

You must create an account through our authentication provider and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to connect the advertising accounts you link to Jumon.

If you use the Service as an agency or on behalf of clients, you represent that you have obtained all necessary authorizations from each client to connect their advertising accounts, to allow Jumon to access and process their advertising data, and to authorize MCP tools or the in-app AI agent to take permitted actions on those accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or advertising platform terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or underlying systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or connected APIs beyond permitted use.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

Third-party platforms and AI clients

Your use of LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, Meta, Microsoft, and Google Analytics 4, and other advertising platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. Jumon is not responsible for those platforms' availability, actions, or policy enforcement.

Your use of MCP-compatible AI assistants is subject to those providers' terms. Jumon does not control how assistants process or retain data returned through tools.

When you connect advertising or analytics platform accounts to Jumon, our use of information received from those platform APIs adheres to the respective platform's API usage policies, including any Limited Use requirements. We access only the data you authorize through each platform's OAuth consent flow, use that data to provide the Service, and do not sell, rent, or share your platform data with third parties for their independent commercial use. You can revoke Jumon's access through Jumon Connections or the platform's account permissions.

AI agent actions and write tools

When you authorize the in-app AI agent or MCP write tools to take actions on connected advertising platforms (for example, pausing campaigns or changing budgets), those actions can have real effects on your accounts and may result in advertising spend charged by the platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and approving write actions according to the controls available in the Service.

Jumon is not responsible for advertising spend, campaign outcomes, or account restrictions arising from actions you or your Authorized Users authorize through the Service. Ad platforms may independently flag, restrict, or suspend accounts accessed via third-party API tools; Jumon has no control over those platform enforcement decisions.

Fees and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and trial terms will be presented at checkout or in separate order forms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual property

Jumon and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain rights to your data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service, including hosting, processing, and transmitting data you submit and data retrieved from connected platforms on your instructions.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that advertising data will be accurate or complete, or that integrations with third parties will continue without interruption.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUMON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Jumon against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your connected advertising accounts, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform policies.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting providers and closing your account where available.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You may also have rights to bring claims in your country of residence.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jumon regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
